Brian becomes a controlling director of Japspic Productions Limited, the lessees of the Saville Theatre, and of Stramsact Limited. Brian thus becomes leaseholder of the Saville Theatre.

John, Yoko and John's attorney Leon Wildes hold a press conference to announce the birth of their conceptual country Nutopia.
Paul and Wings finish shooting the TV special "James Paul McCartney" at Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire.
1974
After several refusals caused by his 1973 drug conviction, Paul is finally granted an American visa.
A statue of the Beatles is unveiled in Liverpool, erected in the wall of the Cavern Club. Sculptor Arthur Dooley's piece features a Madonna holding three babies with a fourth (Paul) flying away. The inscription reads; "Four Lads Who Shook The World".
The last photograph ever snapped of John and Paul together is taken by Keith Moon's friend and assistant, Dougal Butler.

1976
"The Beatles Book Monthly" returns with the first of the original magazine reprints, first published in August 1963. Surrounding the issue is eight pages of news covering recent activities of each Beatle's solo career.
Recording sessions begin for Ringo's Rotogravure at the Sunset Sound Studios in Los Angeles.

John hires a yacht for a cruise around Palm Beach, Florida. Among the guest are Yoko's nieces, Julian, Sean, Helen Seaman and daughter. This marks the last time Julian will see his father.

In this month's publication of "Who's Who", Paul becomes the first Beatle to be listed.
1989
Cynthia Lennon opens her restaurant Lennon's in London this month. Two of the menu's offerings are "Sgt. Pepper's Steak" and "Penny Lane Pate".
1995
"Baby It's You" enters the "Music Week" singles chart at number 7.
1996
In the US, reports state that The Beatles Anthology 1 have sold 12.5 million copies worldwide to date.
