Нет слов. Я потрясен!!! Убит!!! Этой, не побоюсь этого слова, фанатичной девушке огромный Респект. Особенно впечатляют такие подробности как Funeral of Stig Andersson.
Но я больше был бы счастлив услышать полные и чистые версии Rubber Ball Man и Just Like That (с саксофоном и без оного), а также композицию Opus 10 записи 1981. То, что есть у меня, с плохим звуком или в составе Undeleted. Я пробежался по списку, щас еще посмотрю, но я там не увидел телезаписей осени-зимы 1982.

Неужели все это (см. вышеприведенный списоще)возможно просмотреть, прослушать и при этом не подавиться?

кстати, интересно! много ли вообще существует видео (даже телевизионного) конца 1982? точно есть тв-версия "The Day Before You Came", а еще???

For four decades Frida’s distinctive voice has mesmerized us in everything from 60s schlager, to big band jazz in which her voice hits notes with precision, elegance and skill, to ABBA’s decade-long international success with Frida and Agnetha’s voices creating unique resonance, to her work post-ABBA and the release of three very different and exciting albums in the 80s and 90s.

This year Frida celebrates her 60th birthday with the release of this special box set collection of her four solo albums and DVD.

Recorded in 1975 as Frida was in the middle of her ABBA career, ”Frida Ensam” was influenced by the ABBA sound and included the Bjцrn and Benny-penned “Fernando” in Swedish, a song that would later become a staple of ABBA’s repertoire.

Following ABBA’s breakup in 1982, Frida recorded “Something’s Going On” in Polar Studios with Phil Collins. The album was a huge success.

In 1984 Frida teamed up with another talented Englishman, Steve Lilywhite, behind the mixer. The result was the innovative, very modern “Shine.

In 1996 Frida recorded her most recent album,”Djupa Andetag”, in Swedish with producer Anders Glenmark.

From the breathtaking Swiss Alps, Frida shares with us her thoughts on her influences, musical role models, fans, her development and her private life and their impact on her 40-year music career.

The DVD contains over three hours of clips from Swedish television appearances as well as videos spanning Frida’s career, and her work with Phil Collins and other international stars.
Follow Frida from her 1967 debut and breakthrough in Hylands hцrna to her favorite club in Zermatt in the summer of 2005.

Ex-ABBA Members Spar Over Musical Script

STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson went to court in a failed attempt to settle a dispute about who wrote the script to one of their musicals.

Ulvaeus and Andersson, former members of pop group ABBA, appeared at Stockholm District Court on Monday to try to solve a decade-long feud about the script to "Kristina From Duvemala," which has been seen by more than 1 million people in Sweden and is expected to move to Broadway in the coming years.

Writer Carl-Johan Seth told the court that he should be considered the main writer, a claim disputed by Ulvaeus and Andersson. While Seth was originally hired to write the script, they said, his work was later completely revised by director Lars Rudolfsson and dramatist Jan Mark.

The two sides were unable to agree on how the rights to the script should be divided, which means the case will likely go to trial next year, Swedish news agency TT reported.

"We worked for two or three years without getting anywhere with your script," TT quoted Ulvaeus as telling Seth during Monday's court negotiations. "When Rudolfsson came in, it just started rolling."

The musical is based on novels by Swedish writer Wilhelm Moberg, depicting the journey by Swedish emigrants to America in 1850. Ulvaeus and Andersson wrote the songs and music for the play.

Together with singers Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, the two musicians gained worldwide fame with ABBA in the 1970s and early '80s.

Madonna's begging letter to Abba

Madonna has revealed she had to write a grovelling letter to Abba songwriters asking if she could use their music on her new single.

The music to Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie features on her new single Hung Up.

According to The Sun online Madonna told Attitude magazine: "I had to send my emissary to Stockholm with a letter and the record begging them and imploring them and telling them how much I worship their music, telling them it was an homage to them, which is all true.

"And they had to think about it, Benny and Bjorn. They didn't say yes straight away. They never let anyone sample their music. They could have said no. Thank God they didn't."

Benny said: "We get so many requests from people wanting to use our tracks but we normally say no. This is only the second time we have given permission.

"We said yes this time because we admire Madonna so much and always have done. She has got guts and has been around for 21 years. That is not bad going. If it wasn't any good we wouldn't have said yes. It is a wonderful track, 100% solid pop music."

The Fugees used a sample from Abba's The Name Of The Game on their 1996 track Rumble In The Jungle.
