In the US, part three of the pre-recorded three-part interview with Paul, called "Paul McCartney Today", is aired on NBC Radio.
1983

The "New York Post" publishes an interview with Yoko Ono.
1984
The "Art Of The Beatles" Exhibition, portraying 30 years of the group in the form of cartoons, paintings, photographs, album covers, lithographs and sculptures, continues.
1986
At the 10th annual Prince's Trust Concert, Paul performs the songs "Long Tall Sally", "I Saw Her Standing There" and "Get Back". Backing Paul are the artists Phil Collins, Mark King (of Level 42), John Illsey and Mark Knopfler (of Dire Straits), Ray Cooper, Howard Jones, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Midge Ure, Bryan Adams and Tina Turner. The program is taped by the BBC for later broadcasting.
In the UK, Virgin Video releases the US program "Carl Perkins And Friends - A Rockabilly Session" on home video. The program features George and Ringo (taped October 21, 1985).
1987
"Let It Be" by Ferry Aid number 1, 4th week (Italian Hit Parade Singles Chart).
In the UK, the Prince's Trust Concert is aired over the ITV network, featuring highlights form both shows.
1989
At the Palladium in New York, Ringo holds a press conference announcing his plans for a solo tour. The event is simultaneously broadcast over the Westwood One radio network.
Ringo makes a live appearance on the "Late Show With David Letterman".

At the Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly, London, Paul and Linda host a private party to launch Linda's range of vegetarian dishes. Also attending the party are Ringo and Barbara.

MTV's show "Week In Rock" features a short clip of George's appearance at Carl Perkins' concert.

"Daily Express" reports that Paul, George and Ringo have met to record instrumental themes for "The Beatles Anthology" in London, citing George Martin.

The exhibit Linda McCartney retrospective is displayed at the Kunst Haus Wien in Vienna, Austria. The new exhibition is the first comprehensive retrospective of Linda McCartney’s work featuring 190 of her iconic photographs.
Yoko's Half-A-Wind Show - A Retrospective is displayed at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, located north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It shows a major retrospective of well over a hundred works.
