The day before court proceedings, papers released privately give three more reason why Paul wishes to leave the Beatles:
1. Allen Klein had tried to delay the release of McCartney.
2. ABKCO altered Paul's song "The Long And Winding Road" without Paul's consent.
3. ABKCO, without consent from Paul, had tranferred the rights of the movie "Let It Be" from Apple to United Artists.
1974
US single release: "Jet"/"Let Me Roll It" (Apple 1871).
US single release: "Oh My My"/"Step Lightly" (Apple 1872).
1980
Filming begins on the movie "Caveman" in Durango, at the Churubusco Studios in Azteca, Mexico City.
1990
Paul performs in concert at The Omni, Atlanta, Georgia ("Get Back Tour").
1993
Paul's concert at The Forum, Assage, near Milan, Italy. Start of "The New World Tour".
1994
Paul Is Live number 11, 11th week in the Top 30 (chart based on record stores sales in Santiago, Chile).
1997
At the Museum of Modern Art in Oxford, Yoko's art exhibition "Have You Seen The Horizon Lately" is on display.
2000
An American court ordered the release of FBI files relating to John Lennon's interests and activities including his support for the Irish Republican cause and the Workers Revolutionary Party. The British Government told the US that it wanted the files to remain secret. MI5 also had files on Lennon, which they had passed on the FBI during the 70's.
2014
In New York City, the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery runs in the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, at Lincoln Center. The library exhibition include tour memorabilia, historic film clips, video interviews with musicians, as well as interactive exhibits.
