Teisco TG-64 I believe this guitar to be some variation of a Teisco TG-64. In the below photo you can clearly see the TG-64's distinctive "monkey grip" on the lower bout of the guitar. Its hard to tell from this photo, but in other photos it looks to have the distinctive Teisco "metallic brown" finish. Teisco also made a "Bass VI" version called the TB-64, but the scale length of George's looks to be similar to the other guitars in the photo rather than the TB-64's 30" scale length.
I think this guitar was was modified in several ways. Most remarkably, the neck seems to have been replaced with what looks like a Fender Stratocaster-style neck. It's not visible in this photo, but between the two knobs the guitar has three toggle switches. My guess is that the original rocker switches had gone bad at some point and the three toggle switches were added to replace the original rockers.

Дял меня он даже с другой стороны открылся. И вот тут-то и всплывает "Teisco Spectrum 5", который так напоминает джорджевский Фендер XII. Гитара стерео, с кучей тумблеров, "Здравсвуй Урал", но звук отличный - спасибо звукорежиссеру. И даже Брайан не знает точный год изготовления гитары, как это похоже «японец за 200 баксов»! 1966 или 1967 год. Хотя та гитара, что сейчас торгуется на аукционе стоит 1370 баксов.

When we took a tour of Brian Ray’s splendid guitar collection, this candy-coloured oddity stood out among all the vintage Gibsons and Fenders.
The Teisco Spectrum 5 is weird. Launched in the 60s, the instrument was the Japanese brand’s top-of-the-line model and, according to the original catalogue, “has unique features which no other guitar in the world can match”. Like a stereo/mono output and those switches on the pickguard, each of which colours the tone differently. “I just recorded a solo with it on my new B-side and it sounds terrific,” he enthuses. “I went for the full bad garage sound! I think it’s a ’66 or ’67. If you look at the guitar, it has split pickups and you can change some of those funny little coloured toggles into a ‘stereo’ position. There’s two output jacks on the guitar; if you use them both and go to two separate amps you get the E, A and D strings going through one amp and the G, B and high E going through another amp. I used these inversions that would make the sound jump from one amp to another during the solo. It’s hilarious – right in the middle of this very garage-y, weird solo comes these weird inversions and the sound bounces back and forth. It’s a B-side for my upcoming single on Wicked Cool records, Steven Van Zandt’s label. “The B-side is called Trash Man, written by myself and Steve Conte. Steve Conte plays with Michael Monroe and played with a lot of people. Look him up, he’s terrific. On the song, he plays a Burgundy Mist 1963 Fender Bass VI. It’s so sick looking! ЛЕННОН умер, но дело Леннона живет! Все продолжают наживаться на Beatles, а 90% так и не знает кто основал APPLE. ИМХО, все к чему прикасаются зумеры и менеджеры, работающие для зумеров, превращается в шлак. "...партнерство распространяется на мерчандайзинг, лицензирование и электронную торговлю", а по сути "налог Михалкова" за битлов.
