New York's Museum of Broadcasting showcase Beatles achieve clips documentary "The Beatles Early Days" and several other films from the museum's personal collection, including the "Ed Sullivan Show" appearances and excerpts from their Washington, D.C. concert on February 11, 1964.

The "Art Of The Beatles" Exhibition, portraying 30 years of the group in the form of cartoons, paintings, photographs, album covers, lithographs and sculptures, continues.

In the US, George is featured on the ABC program "In Concert '92". His December 1991 concert in Japan is highlighted with the live tracks of "Taxman" and "Pigges".

Paul performs in concert at Earl's Court, London ("The New World Tour"). [Extra date added to tour]
During the afternoon sound check, three acoustic tracks are transmitted on Johnny Walker's BBC Radio One program.

Capitol Records issue a press release stating that a new Beatles single will be released soon, first new song in 25 years.
1998
Yoko releases a press statement announcing her feelings on the upcoming CD box set of John Lennon Anthology.
2001
Paul McCartney and Heather Mills are at JFK Airport when the terrorist attack of the World Trade Center towers happens. Paul begins to think of something to do for the people of New York and for America. From this tragedy, he wrote "Freedom".
2009
BBC Four airs the program "The Beatles on Record".
