Epstein temporarily leaves the Priory Hospital for an afternoon tea with Ringo and his family at their Weybridge house. John and George attend. Later, Brian returns to the clinic.
The Beatles new album Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band had a special preview on the Kenny Everett BBC Light program, "Where It's At", playing most of the tracks from the album.
1968
The Beatles, armed with a bunch of new songs after their visit to India, meet at George's home in Esher, Surrey. They tape 23 new songs on George's 4-track recorder, many of which would end up on The Beatles and Abbey Road. The demos include "Cry Baby Cry", "Revolution", "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", "Blackbird" and "Child of Nature" (a Lennon song that became "Jealous Guy").
1969
John and George visit Bruce Ormrod at offices of Henry Ansbacher & Co., to discuss ATV's bid with the syndicates.
1970
"Let It Be" premieres in London and Liverpool.
Evening: George goes to the studio with Phil Spector, beginning work on LP All Things Must Pass.
1978
At the Baynard Gallery, the exhibition of Linda's photograghs continues.

1980
One night after the wreck, Ringo and Barbara are flying back to Los Angeles. During the flight, Ringo proposes and Barbara accepts.
In London, Paul records an interview with Andy Peebles at BBC Broadcasting House.

1981
In the US, Ringo and Barbara appear on the program "PM Magazine".
1984
The "Art Of The Beatles" Exhibition, portraying 30 years of the group in the form of cartoons, paintings, photographs, album covers, lithographs and sculptures, continues.
1989
Ringo appears on the American World Music Awards. He presents an award to singer Tanita Tikaram.
"Ferry Cross The Mersey" by Ferry Aid started a three week run at No.1 on the UK singles chart. The song was recorded to raise funds for the Hillbsbourgh Football victims. Gerry Marsden, Paul McCartney, Holly Johnson and The Christians were all featured on the recording.
1991
UK album release: Unplugged (The Official Bootleg) on LP (Hispa Vox PCSD 116) and on CD (Parlophone CD-PCSD 116).
1992
Ringo appears on the American TV show "Entertainment Tonight" to promote his new album Time Takes Time and his single "Weight Of The World".
1997
Ringo's concert at the Palace Theater, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Rykodisc releases the first of its Yoko Ono back catalog on CD, included are Unfinished Music #1 - Two Virgins, Unfinished Music #2 - Life With The Lions, The Wedding Album and Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band.
1998
In the US, Ringo tapes an appearance on the program "Live With Regis & Kathie Lee".
1999
Paul's art exhibition at the Kunstforum Lyz in Hamburg with 75 of his 500 private paintings.
In his first public engagement since Linda's death, Paul attends the 1999 Pride Of Britain Achievers awards ceremony at the Dorchester Hotel. He awards the first ever Linda McCartney Award For Animal Welfare to Juliet Gellatley, founder and director of the vegetarian charity Viva.
2007
"The Beatles! Backstage and Behind-the-Scenes Photo Exhibit" at The Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey, Michigan.
2013
