Dezo Hoffmann takes pictures during a pre-session rehearsal. First Hoffmann's Beatles publicity shots.

1968
Twickenham Film Studios. Filming of clips for "Hey Jude" and "Revolution". Ringo returns to the Beatles.
David Frost records the introduction for the clip of "Hey Jude", to present it later on his program "Frost On Sunday".
1971
"Bangla Desh", 2nd week in the Top 40 (US Billboard).
"Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey" number 1, 3rd week in the Top 40 (US Billboard).
McCartney had a real Uncle Albert, who he said would quote the Bible when he got drunk.
1972
John and Yoko appear on Jerry Lewis' Muscular Dystrophy Telethon Show on US television.
1976
"Let 'Em In" number 3, 4th and last week, 8th week in the Top 40 (US Billboard).
1977
In Los Angeles, Ringo gives an interview, promoting his new single "Wings", with DJ Dave Herman.
1979
Ringo grants another interview to DJ Dave Herman.
1980
Day Twenty-five of Double Fantasy sessions: Additional work on "Watching The Wheels".
At Cherokee Studios in Los Angeles, Ringo resumes recording session for Can't Fight Lightning.
1982

1983
New York's Museum of Broadcasting showcase Beatles achieve clips documentary "The Beatles Early Days" and several other films from the museum's personal collection, including the "Ed Sullivan Show" appearances and excerpts from their Washington, D.C. concert on February 11, 1964.
Abbey Road's Number Two studio presents "The Beatles At Abbey Road", 3 times a day.
1984
The "Art Of The Beatles" Exhibition, portraying 30 years of the group in the form of cartoons, paintings, photographs, album covers, lithographs and sculptures, continues.
1985
In London, Meta Davis, Paul's inspiration for the song "Lovely Rita", retires from her duties.
1987
The "Beatle City" exhibition runs at the West End marketplace in Dallas, Texas.
1988
At the NFT (National Film Theatre) in London, a celebration honoring Handmade Films. All of Handmade films are shown from "Monty Python's Meaning Of Life" to the current release, "Track 29".
1989
Ringo and his All-Starr Band concert at the Greek Theater, Los Angeles, California ("North American Tour").
UK album release: Lethal Weapon 2 (Warner Bros. 925 985-1), featuring George's song "Cheer Down".
Paul and band hold rehearsals at the Elstree Film Studios in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
At the BBC Television Theatre in London, Linda makes her first solo appearance on the show "Wogan". She promotes her cookery book while Paul watches backstage.
1990
In New York at the Lone Star Roadhouse during the annual Buddy Holly celebrations, Paul briefly joins the band on stage and performs "Oh Boy", "Rave On" and "Lucille". The event is captured by MTV.
1992
Ringo and his All-Starr band perform at Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada ("Return To Ameria Tour").
1995
At Abbey Road Studios in London, recording of album Help!, for the benefit of the children of Bosnia, raising money for War Child, British organization working in Mostar, Bosnia. Paul records a version of "Come Together" with Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher and the Mojo Filters.
Paul's Westwood One radio series "Oobu Joobu" ends with a two-hour special.
1997
Photographic exhibition of Linda at the Museum of the City of San Francisco.
1998
At London's Gallert 27, John's erotic lithographs are displayed for the first time in about 30 years.
2008
Auction held in London included the Beatles' first management contract, signed in 1962 by all four members of the group and manager Brian Epstein, sold for £240,00.
2013
The exhibit Linda McCartney retrospective is displayed at the Kunst Haus Wien in Vienna, Austria. The new exhibition is the first comprehensive retrospective of Linda McCartney’s work featuring 190 of her iconic photographs.
