New York's Museum of Broadcasting showcase Beatles achieve clips documentary "The Beatles Early Days" and several other films from the museum's personal collection, including the "Ed Sullivan Show" appearances and excerpts from their Washington, D.C. concert on February 11, 1964.
On the BBC1 program "Film '83", George gives an interview on his new Handmade film "Bullshot". It is George's first UK TV appearance since February 1979.
In the UK, Linda's book "Photographs" is released in paperback by Pavilion Books.
1984
The "Art Of The Beatles" Exhibition, portraying 30 years of the group in the form of cartoons, paintings, photographs, album covers, lithographs and sculptures, continues.

In England, BBC2 broadcasts a short extract of the Quarry Men's acetate recording of "That'll Be The Day" on the MPL/BBC TV co-production "Arena" special "Buddy Holly".

For the first time in ten years, BBC1 airs the 1967 film "How I Won The War".
BBC2 broadcasts the photography program "Landscapes". Linda McCartney makes an appearance on the show.

The "Beatle City" exhibition runs at the West End marketplace in Dallas, Texas.

At the NFT (National Film Theatre) in London, a celebration honoring Handmade Films. All of Handmade films are shown from "Monty Python's Meaning Of Life" to the current release, "Track 29".
In the US, CBS TV's show "Entertainment Tonight" features Part One on the "Imagine" film and book.
1995
ITV and Laser, throw a Beatles-theme party to launch "The Beatles Anthology" series.
1997
In London, the private funeral of Derek Taylor is held. George is the only Beatle to attend.

In the UK, the "Daily Mail" publishes the results of the "Top Ten Voices" poll. John comes in at number four and Paul is number 13.
