Heather pretends to be dream woman but is really a control freak She's no veggie, she loves meat and used to enjoy wearing fur coat.
The sister of Heather Mills' first husband Alfie Karmal last night branded her a scheming manipulator who lures men by twisting the truth about her personality.
Dianna Karmal said the 38-year-old portrays herself as a loving, caring woman but in reality is a control freak driven by the trappings of fame and wealth.
And she claimed that before vegetarian Heather met Sir Paul McCartney she used to eat meat and wear fur.
Dianna said: "She is like a chameleon. She draws in men making them believe she is their perfect dream woman. They she gets more demanding, bored and moves on.
"She only became vegetarian after meeting Paul. She loved meat. And her anti-fur stance is laughable. She used to wear her mum's fur coat. She creates a persona for herself to fit the situation."
Speaking for the first time since Heather dumped Alfie, Dianna said she wants to give her side of the story about her brother's marriage and insists there are similarities between the way he and Sir Paul have been treated.
She added: "Heather almost morphed into Linda McCartney to hook Paul in. She turned vegetarian, wore less make-up, increased her charity work and idolized him. But now she has what she always set out to get. Money, fame and VIP status.
"People are very expendable to Heather. She'll move on from Paul quite easily. But I imagine he will be left hurt and hollow like my brother.
"Paul obviously fell in love for a caring, gentle woman she pretends to be."
Dianna also claimed Heather would never have been a model without wealthy Alfie's help. The dad-of-two met her when she was a "dumpy girl" working as a cocktail bar waitress.
She added: "She had terrible hair and was nothing like model material.
"My brother was going through a divorce and fell for her hook, line and sinker like all men do. He owned a company with an £18 million ($34 million) turnover, drove a BMW 5-series and had plenty of money.
"Alfie paid for her to have two nose jobs, to correct the boob job she had already had and then have another one so she could be a model. She also had liposuction.
"She was a big size 14 and a size eight by the time they were married. Heather talks about being a £250,000 ($475,351) model but that's utter rubbish. She modelled a swimsuit in-house for a company. She walked around the factory in it but was never a commercial success. She entered beauty contests but never won anything.
"Heather always believed she could achieve wealth, status and fame. It was another persona she created.
"Alfie gave her everything. She could never get modelling work so he bought her a model agency where she could be a booker but she didn't want to work there.
"He bought her shares in a nightclub but she never worked there either. She never wanted for anything and had endless credit cards from Alfie.
"But she always wanted more. She wanted control over Alfie but she wanted to do whatever she wanted.
"She is so controlling and wants her man to live the way she wants him to, just as she did with Paul."
Dianna told how Alfie begged his sister to let Heather stay at her house in Bushey Heath, Herts, when they met because she had nowhere to stay at the time.
She said: "She turned up at my doorstep with two bin bags with everything she owned and stayed for six months.
"She was only 18 but she said she had A-levels, worked with the circus, lived rough on the streets and had managed a restaurant. I knew she was prone to lying but my brother was besotted.
"She would socialise with me. But my friends asked me to stopped bringing her out. She was a complete fantasist."
Dianna begged Alfie not to marry Heather. But she added: "Just like Paul he stood by her and defended her."
Even when Dianna spotted Heather's pornographic poses in a book at a friend's house and showed them to his brother, he refused to criticise his girlfriend.
She said: "He said it was educational and believed Heather's lies."
Alfie married Heather at All Saints Catholic Church in Harrow on May 6, 1989.
Dianna said: "Alfie said it was the happiest day of his life but I don't think Heather ever really loved him."
The couple moved into a five-bedroom house with a pool in Hodderston.
Dianna said: "Heather told Alfie she loved children and wanted to care for his boys with him at the weekend. But she soon got bored and would do her own thing every weekend. She wanted a glitzier lifestyle and got bored with family life.
"There are many similarities between Paul's and Alfie's experiences with Heather. They both fell for the gentle, caring, loving, woman of their dreams after she took on a new persona to entice them."
Dianna told how Heather smashed up the house before she unexpectedly fled in 1991.
She said: "She smashed the glass in the front door, stripped every room of jewellery, clothes and belongings."
Within minutes of leaving Heather had sold her £18,000 ($35,000) BMW, a present from Alfie, to a dealer for £12,000 ($23,000).
Dianna said: "It's no wonder Paul has changed the locks on their former home.
"Once she moves on she completely changes.
"She's left behind the persona of Paul's wife and now she's the hard done by ex. She's capable of doing anything to get what she wants."
Yesterday Heather spent three hours at the London office of her lawyers Mishcon de Reya.
She looked thin but very glamorous in a smart white suite with huge sunglasses.
Heather posed for pictures with two young fans as she got off the train at Victoria. She emerged from the offices three hours later and was driven away.
