George Harrison is deported from Germany for being underage and
ineligible to work in a night club after midnight. Kaiserkeller
owner Bruno Koschmider may have alerted the police to George's
status as a means of retaliating against The Beatles for defecting
to the new Top Ten Club. George had to return home alone, spending
all he had to make it back to Liverpool.
[B] 1960
The Beatles perform at the Kaiserkeller Club, Grosse Freiheit,
Hamburg, West Germany. The Beatles have to play without George
Harrison, who had been deported that day for being underage (17).
Most likely it was Kaiserkeller owner Bruno Koschmider, wanting to
get back at The Beatles for breaking their contract, who alerted
the authorities that George was under age 18 and, therefore, not
legally allowed to remain in a night club after midnight.
[B] 1961
The Beatles perform at the Cavern Club at lunchtime. That night
they appear at the Merseyside Civil Service Club, Liverpool.

The Beatles perform at the Cavern Club at lunchtime and then again
at night. The lunchtime show was supposed to have been played by
The Remo Four, but they swapped out with The Beatles, who were
supposed to play on the 23rd but had an appointment in London.
[B] 1963
The Beatles, on a tour of Britain, perform two shows at the ABC
Cinema in Carlisle.
[J] 1968
Yoko has a miscarriage. John stays with her at Queen Charlotte's
Maternity Hospital in Hammersmith, London. John sleeps in a spare
bed, but when the bed is needed for a patient, he sleeps on the
floor. A photograph of John and Yoko in the hospital will later be
used for the front album cover of their second album, "Unfinished
Music No. 2: Life with the Lions".
