Heather Mills will pocket around £1,000 ($1,973) an hour for her four-year marriage to Sir Paul McCartney in a hush-hush divorce deal- that's about the same rate she charged as a hooker.

Mucca, 38, has finally agreed a £32million ($63 million) cash and property out-of-court settlement.

Last June we revealed how she was paid around £1,000 an hour for wild orgies with rich Arabs when she worked as a call girl in the early 1990s.

Heather will bag the 64-year-old Beatle's £4 million ($7.8 million) luxury Georgian house in St John's Wood, north-west London, AND his £6 million ($11.8 million) home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

Furious

Paul has agreed because he is desperate to keep details of the split private.

His daughters Stella, 35, and Mary, 37, are furious. They wanted their stepmum discredited in court.

But the top-secret deal means Sir Paul will never be able to publicly denounce claims in Mucca's divorce papers that he stabbed her with a broken wine glass and shoved her into a bath while she was pregnant.

A source close to Macca's girls said: "Stella and Mary are baying for blood.

"Their poor dad has been dragged through the mire by this woman, and all they wanted was to see his name cleared on the record, in public.

"Stella used to joke about looking forward to the day when Heather didn't even have one leg to stand on in court. But now that day will never come."

The megabucks settlement has been drawn up by the same briefs who thrashed out Charles and Diana's divorce-Anthony Julius from Mischon de Reya and Fiona Shackleton, a partner at Payne Hicks Beach.

Lavish

But this deal is worth almost DOUBLE the £17 million ($33.5 million) Di was awarded in 1996.

A well-placed source said: "This way Paul gets to have the divorce in private, which is all he ever wanted, and Heather avoids risking her case falling apart. She's delighted."

She will earn at least a million pounds a year in interest from the cash sum alone.

And although she is getting less than three per cent of Macca's £825 million ($1.6 billion) fortune, he claims it is much more than he earned during their marriage.

He even claims to have lost £2 million ($3.9 million) in one year of their marriage because of the cost of his lavish Back In The World tour.

A spokesman for McCartney declined to comment on the terms of the settlement last night.

Fiona Mills defends her sister Heather and disses Sir Paul

After eight months of reading disgusting, untrue and hurtful stories about my sister Heather I feel enough is enough and I would like to try and set the record straight. It's impossible to answer every single lie that has been written about her, there are just too many, but over the next few weeks I will try to answer some of them.

The main reason that I am responding is that I am deeply concerned for the safety of my sister and her daughter. They are receiving death threats, not because she is getting a divorce, but because some of the British tabloids decided from day one that they wish to destroy her, create hatred towards her and profit out of doing so. The vicious agenda of these tabloids has resulted in death threats to my family and as her husband is not concerned enough to help I will at least try to do something. Heather and Beatrice no longer receive the protection that would be afforded to any other member of the McCartney family facing such threats. It is extremely stressful to be informed by the police of a serious risk to your life and then to be followed by strange cars and people that may or may not be paparazzi.

We have been accused of creating publicity stunts and leaking information to get publicity. This is not true and is a ridiculous accusation considering all the publicity is negative. It is not hard to work out where the inaccurate information is coming from. It's impossible to leave the house and do anything without being followed by paparazzi who want a picture of anything Heather does. They have followed her practically everyday for 253 days making it impossible for her to have privacy in her life with her daughter. We have even resorted to having to continuously film this harassment since Heather was assaulted by a member of the paparazzi in early July, in order to have proof in court. None of this would be happening if the newspapers weren't prepared to pay for the photographs. It's pointless trying to set the record straight with the newspapers, they are not interested, it's against their agenda, so this seems to be the only forum for the truth. It's impossible to sue newspapers for every lie they print, we already have three libel cases going on at the moment and there are more to follow.

I don't believe the public are massively interested in reading about this divorce, which is the excuse the tabloids give for their harassment. The public have no choice over what is printed in the newspapers everyday. The tabloids paint a picture that the public hate my sister and yet it is the tabloids themselves that spin the lies in order to influence public opinion.

Heather does not deserve the hatred that the tabloid press have thrown at her. She is just one of many women getting a divorce. She has committed no crime and has been silent throughout but what good has it done? When journalists have an agenda against you and people you don't even know are paid to lie as 'sources' there is very little you can do. Heather's not a gold digger, liar or self-publicist for people to tear apart - she's a human being and a mother who has feelings and cares what her daughter will read in the future and it is deeply hurtful to hear and read all the spiteful things that are said about her.

I guess people can believe what they want, but just give her a break, please, it's not fair that one person should be the subject of so much abuse... I love her and I love my niece, give them a bit of peace...

MACCA CELEBRATES BURNS NIGHT WITH DAUGHTER MARYSEND TO A FRIEND26 JANUARY 2007

He might be a Liverpudlian born and bred but Paul McCartney was embracing his love of the Highlands on Thursday night. The Mull Of Kintyre singer was joined by his photographer daughter Mary for a traditional Burns Night knees-up in London's St Martin's Lane hotel.

They were among a host of stars gathering to celebrate Scotland's most famous bard. Perthshire actor Ewan McGregor, who delighted onlookers by donning his kilt, and Glasgow-born Texas singer Sharleen Spiteri co-hosted the charity event, where entertainment was provided by bagpipe troupe the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.

Sharleen - patriotic in red tartan - was having to keep socialising with other guests, including Lady Helen Taylor and Ronan Keating, down to a minimum, however. She has been told by doctors to rest her voice after developing nodules on her vocal chords - a problem also experienced by Julie Andrews and Joss Stone.

While former Beatle Paul got into the spirit of things with his fellow celebrity revellers, his estranged wife Heather Mills has been moving in royal circles. The mum-of-one put in a glamorous appearance at a London charity reception where she appeared to be getting on famously with Prince Michael of Kent.

MACCA BURNING TO ROCK

Peace-loving Macca's come out fighting... to Rocky's favourite tune, Eye Of The Tiger.

The Beatle bopped to a bagpipes rendition of the anthem at a Burns Night bash.

Hoping for a quick KO in his divorce battle over his £825 million (1.6 billion) fortune with Heather Mills, 64-year-old Sir Paul threw caution to the wind and leapt on a chair for the Survivor tune.

We asked him how he was feeling about the big showdown and he told us: "I'm upbeat about it. Thanks for the support. I'm having a fab night and don't want to go home but I have an early start."

Macca may have been planning to follow the great Rocky's morning run example, but by midnight his daughter Mary still had trouble getting him to leave the London party, which was also attended by Ewan McGregor.

Mary said: "It's lovely to see him having a good time. We really appreciate all the support from the fans."

OK, now go get 'em, Tiger, and no punches below the belt. Oh... er... too late.
