Francie Schwarz leaves her hotel room and moves to a friend's flat in Notting Hill Gate.
The Beatles' Apple Corps Ltd. record company, management and publishing firm, opened their offices in London.
1969
Disc-jockeys John Prel and Alan Freeman broadcast copies of "Get Back", announcing its release as single on April 11th. They convince Paul that the song needs a final mix.
1970
Allen Klein arrives in London to finish up the business deals for the movie "Let It Be".
1977
The Beatles lose their battle from having the album The Beatles Live! At The Star Club In Hamburg, Germany: 1962 released.
1979
George's promo video for "Blow Away" is broadcast in the US on the show "Midnight Special".
1981
UK album release: Concerts For The People Of Kampuchea (Atlantic K 60153).
1982
At Startling Studios, based in his Tittenhurst Park mansion, Ringo begins work on his album Old Wave. Joining him in the studio is former Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh.
1983
Paul is honored with two awards at the first American Video Awards. The first is for "Ebony And Ivory" as the "Best Soul Video". The second award is from former Monkee Mike Nesmith, who inducts Paul into the Video Hall Of Fame.
1992
George performs with Eric Clapton at the Royal Albert Hall. The concert is billed as "The Natural Law Party Presents George Harrison & Friends - Inspiration To The Youth Of Great Britain - Election Is A Celebration". Other artists that appeared on stage with George include Ringo Starr, Joe Walsh, Gary Moore, Zak Starkey, Tessa Niles, Greg Phillinganes, Katie Kisson, Steve Ferrone, Andy Fairweather-Low, Ray Cooper, Will Lee, Chuck Leavell and Mike Campbell.

Paul, Linda and over 160 building workers and VIPs attend the "topping off" ceremony to mark the completion of the Rye Memorial Care Center.

"The Pepsi Chart Show" broadcasts the first airing of "Young Boy", a track from Paul's Flaming Pie album.

James McCartney performs in concert at White Eagle Saloon, Portland, OR (US Tour).
2014
In New York City, the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery runs in the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, at Lincoln Center. The library exhibition include tour memorabilia, historic film clips, video interviews with musicians, as well as interactive exhibits.
