Paul and Linda appear on the French Television show "Number One".

George and Olivia join in the Friends of the Earth anti-nuclear march in London.
1981
A memorial service for John is held at Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral.

The first official release of Beatles' records takes place in Russia.
1990
Paul, Linda and band open American leg of current world tour at Seattle's Kingdome.
1995
Taking a break from the Anthology sessions, Paul, George and Ringo drop in at a local cafe for refreshments. Surprised by the sight of the three surviving Beatles, the cafe's owner screamed and promptly sent a tray of cups and plates crashing to the floor. The Beatles get a good laugh from this and sit down at a nearby table.
2011
A website that illegally sold Beatles songs online for 25 cents each agreed to pay record companies almost $1m (£625,000) to settle a legal case. BlueBeat.com, based in the US, streamed and sold music by the Beatles and other artists until it was sued in 2009. In the few days before it was forced to shut down, it had distributed more than 67,000 Beatles tracks.
2014
In New York City, the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery runs in the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, at Lincoln Center. The library exhibition include tour memorabilia, historic film clips, video interviews with musicians, as well as interactive exhibits.
