1956
Brian has a private test with John Fernald, the Director, and is admitted to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
1961

1964
Brian celebrates his 30th birthday on a plane over Houston, Texas.
The Beatles spend the week end at millionaire Reed Pigman's farm in Alton, Missouri.

At the Royal Festival Hall in London, George makes an appearance at the "Festival Of Arts Of India" concert.
1971
After John and Yoko's appearance on "The Dick Cavett Show", they answered question from the studio audience. This sequence is included in today's show.
1972
A raid on Paul's Scottish farm in Kintyre, Argyll is conducted and cannabis plants are found in a greenhouse.
1975
In London, Capitol Radio airs a pre-recorded interview with Paul.
1976
Wings performs in concert in Vienna, Austria ("Wings European Tour II").
1980
Yoko meets up with David Geffen, who agrees to release Double Fantasy without having heard any of the tracks recorded.
1982
In the US, Westwood One broadcasts the tribute program "John Lennon: Rock And Roll Never Forgets".
In the UK, BBC Radio One repeats Paul Gambaccini's profile on the Beatles for his series "Appreciation".
Also in the UK, the "Sunday Mirror" reports that Paul McCartney has taken an interest into the art of body tattooing.
1983
In the "Liverpool Echo", an interview with Paul is published. It comprises pieces left out from the August "Break Out" magazine issue.
1984
The "Art Of The Beatles" Exhibition, portraying 30 years of the group in the form of cartoons, paintings, photographs, album covers, lithographs and sculptures, continues.
1987
The "Beatle City" exhibition runs at the West End marketplace in Dallas, Texas.
1988
At the NFT (National Film Theatre) in London, a celebration honoring Handmade Films. All of Handmade films are shown from "Monty Python's Meaning Of Life" to the current release, "Track 29".
In London, Yoko attends a special "Imagine" exhibition preview at the Business Design Centre.
1991
Paul's film "Get Back" has its UK premiere at select Odeon Cinemas in Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool and London.
1992
In New York, Paul and Linda attend the wedding reception of Linda's niece, Louise Eastman. Paul is persuaded to perform.
1993
Paul performs in concert at Westfalenhalle, Dortmund, Germany ("The New World Tour").
1995
In the UK, London Weekend Television issues a press release concerning the Beatles' "Anthology" special.
1998
In the UK, the "Sun" features a front page exclusive stating that Mel B (Sporty) and Victoria (Posh) of the Spice Girls have committed themselves to become vegetarians as a tribute to Linda McCartney.
2003
Police investigate reports that Paul McCartney scuffled with a photographer when the singer went to see magician David Blaine, who was in a plastic box dangling over the River Thames. The London Evening Standard said one of its photographers had clashed with McCartney resulting in a scuffle.
2010
John's son Julian told the press that he has ended his long-running feud with his half-brother Sean and his step-mother Yoko Ono, which started after the former Beatle was murdered in December, 1980. The trio battled in court for a share of the singer's estate, but Julian now said "Things are good between us. Whenever I'm in New York, we all get together."
2013
In Los Angeles, the exhibition "The Early Beatles Collection," featuring images taken by Astrid Kirchherr, runs at the Leica Gallery. Images include pictures taken during the filming of "A Hard Day's Night" in 1964 for Stern Magazine, as well as some of the images she took of the musicians during their Hamburg, Germany, period in 1960.
A John & Yoko interview goes up for sale at Amherst, NH-based auction house RR Auction.
The exhibit Linda McCartney retrospective is displayed at the Kunst Haus Wien in Vienna, Austria. The new exhibition is the first comprehensive retrospective of Linda McCartney’s work featuring 190 of her iconic photographs.
