Larry King broadcasts his show LIVE from The Beatles REVOLUTION Lounge at The Mirage, Las Vegas. His guests are Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono Lennon, Olivia Harrison and Cirque du Soleil founder Guy Laliberté. They all take part in a special dedication ceremony in honor of John Lennon and George Harrison.
2008
Total Guitar magazine compiled the best cover versions list. Jimi Hendrix was voted into first place with his version of the Bob Dylan song "All Along The Watchtower". The Beatles' rendition of "Twist And Shout", first recorded by the Top Notes, was second and third was Guns N' Roses version of the Wings song "Live And Let Die".

The exhibit Linda McCartney retrospective is displayed at the Kunst Haus Wien in Vienna, Austria. The new exhibition is the first comprehensive retrospective of Linda McCartney’s work featuring 190 of her iconic photographs.
