Allen Klein's contract with John, George and Ringo expires.

John and Paul get together at John's beach house for his Sunday night jam session. "A Toot And A Snore '74" is bootlegged from these recordings.

McCartney Productions Ltd. has finally made a profit. Sales of Ј437,576 and outgoing expenses of Ј231,324, the company made Ј196,631 after the company paid a tax bill of Ј45,621.
