In her upcoming autobiography, "Wonderful Tonight," Boyd, a former London model, says her 10-year storybook marriage to the beloved Beatle collapsed after she received an unexpected love note from Clapton.

"One day, I got a letter in the mail. It was written on a piece of paper torn out of a copy of the novel 'Of Mice and Men,' " writes Boyd, the inspiration both for Harrison's most famous song, "Something," and for Clapton's "Layla."

"In tiny, scrawly, little handwriting it said, 'Dear Pattie, I have always loved you and this is breaking my heart. All I want is to be with you.' So I showed it to George, who just dismissed it. Early that evening, the phone rang and it was Eric. He said, 'Did you get my letter?' "

Boyd launched into an affair with the guitar great and eventually dumped Harrison to marry "Slowhand" in 1977. That marriage would last 11 years, and through it all Clapton remained friends with Harrison, up to the Beatle's untimely death in 2001.

Не возьмусь спорить со специалистом, но вот, например, последний трек «Over the rainbow» на сайте allmusic.com считают оригинальным:

И вообще этот двойной сборник получается весьма странный.
Если все живые записи со второго диска этой пластинки вопреки названию взяты не с австралийского турне этого года, а скопированы с Eric Clapton's 1991 live album «24 Nights» и Eric Clapton's 2002 live album «One More Car, One More Rider»
А ведь он как будто бы не бутлег, а официальное издание…

Трактовка неправильная. Это диск К Австралийскому туру, а не С него!
Такие песни как Over The Rainbow, Sunshine Of Your Love в туре 2006 года не исполнялись.

Скорее всего с Юж.Американской или Японской части тура 2001 года.

At the iPay One Center in San Diego on 15 March, Eric was joined on stage by J.J. Cale near the middle of the almost two hour concert. J.J. Cale is a long-time resident of the area and the crowd responded warmly to his presence.

The men collaborated recently on the CD, "The Road To Escondido". The delighted audience heard the men perform "Anyway The Wind Blows," "After Midnight," "Who Am I Telling You?," "Don't Cry Sister," and "Cocaine".
