The man they call The Master of the Telecaster, or the Iceman, was one of the biggest US Blues stars of the sixties, continually recording and performing up until his untimely death from lung cancer in 1993. On stage, the Texan delighted his audiences with his famed guitar walks into the crowd (even once famously walking outside the concert hall and ordering a pizza whilst still playing) and his funky, jangley guitar sounds. In this 1985 concert, the master welcomes his very special guest, Southside Johnny in what is a spectacular and truly legendary Blues meeting.
