John and Yoko fly to Gibraltar. Marriage of John and Yoko at the British Consulate Office in Gibraltar.
1971
All Things Must Pass number 1, seventh week (UK Record Retailer).
The "Daily Mirror" reports that a meeting was held the night before at Apple with John, George, Ringo and Klaus Voorman, to discuss recording plans. To avoid the press, Klaus leaves his home with his wife and takes up residence with George at Friar Park. Apple publicist Lee Perrin denies that any such meeting took place.
1972
End of recordings of Sometime In New York City and "Live Jump".
US single release: "Back Off Boogaloo"/"Blindman" (Apple 1849).
Work resumes on Red Rose Speedway at Olympic Sound Studios. Paul enlists the services of producer Glen Johns.
Ringo films a promo film of his current single, "Back Off Bugaloo" at John's Tittenhurst Park mansion.
1976
Paul and Wings begin a five-day European tour. Opening concert for this tour is at the Falkoner Theater in Copenhagen.
1978
US single release: "With A Little Luck"//"Backwards Traveller"/"Cuff Link" (Capitol 4559).
1980
For their 11th wedding anniversary, Yoko gives John a Roll Royce and John returns the favor by buying her 500 gardenias and a heart-shaped diamond.
1990
In her first major London exhibition since 1967, titled "In Facing", Yoko and Sean attend a press conference to preview the show.
1992

1995
Paul, George and Ringo assemble at the Mill Studios to work on the track "Now And Then". The song gets shelved and never returned to. Plans are made to work on John's demo of "Grow Old With Me" but Paul states that it needs too much work, and it is not attempted.
1999
The weekly BBC2 archieve show "TOTP2" airs the world premiere of the computer-enhanced promo film clip of "Helen Wheels".
In Gilbraltar, special postage stamps are issued by the Gilbraltar Philatelic Bureau and The Crown Agents Stamps Bureau to mark the 30th anniversary of John and Yoko's wedding.
2014
In New York City, the Donald and Mary Oenslager Gallery runs in the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, at Lincoln Center. The library exhibition include tour memorabilia, historic film clips, video interviews with musicians, as well as interactive exhibits.
