Ringo shows up at his son Jason's school fete with nothing but Ј50 notes for a 5p entrance fee. His chauffeur went back home and had to plunder into Jason's money box for the coin.

Paul's second concert at the Maracana Stadium, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ("Get Back" tour). It is attended by 180-184,000 people, world record as the largest payed stadium concert for a single artist in the history of rock'n'roll.
The final films of Yoko's exhibition at the Riverside Studios takes place. The films shown are "Ten For Two", Sisters O' Sisters", Apotheosis", "Freedom", "Fly" and "Up Your Legs Forever".
